At IMU, we are dedicated to raising consciousness through education. Toward that goal, we have worked diligently to create the highest-quality education possible while keeping our tuition exceptionally low. At present, IMU is a pay-as-you-go school. Although we are on a track towards accreditation, we are unable to offer government-sponsored loans and tuition assistance until that track is completed. As a result, we have deliberately set our pricing lower than comparable schools, making it possible for many to finance their education independently. In so doing, we hope to reach every student interested in studying with us. The good news is that when you graduate, you won’t be saddled with debt. Beyond that, we honor discounts for paying up front and offer generous payment plans.
- All 3-credit courses from Associates through Master’s are $300.
- To receive an Associates Degree, 20 courses are required for a total tuition of $6,000.
- To receive a Bachelor’s Degree, 24 courses are required over and above the Associate’s Degree for a total tuition of $7,200.
- For a Master’s Degree, 12 courses are required over and above the Bachelor’s Degree for a total of $3,600.
- To receive a Doctorate Degree, students must complete 12 courses and pass an oral defense of their capstone project. The capstone project can be action research, a dissertation, or a doctoral portfolio. All doctorate courses are $400 except for the capstone project. The capstone project is $1,200. Total cost of the Doctorate degree is $6,000.
Tuition cost and fees may change as reasonable at any time, but if currently enrolled you would be locked in for that semester. If you pay in full, costs are locked in for the duration of your degree.

PayPal accepts tuition payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. By choosing a monthly tuition payment option, you are agreeing to an automated monthly deduction of the agreed upon amount from your chosen payment method. Note that all fees charged are only to cover expenses incurred in creating and managing a payment plan option. This is an interest-free loan.
